2. In a food processor, mix the wet ingredients (eggs, banana, vanilla) and add mayonnaise.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.

4. Add then add the mixture to the food processor and blend well.

5. Using a spatula, spoon out the brownie batter into a square cake pan.

6. Bake your creation for 60-70 minutes, allowing the kitchen to fill with the tempting aroma of chocolatey goodness.

1 cup cocoa powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp instant coffee

1 tsp cinnamon
